Grilled Vegetable Marinade

So the question is: How do you grill those vegetables. Not hard at all. Here is the recipe for the Grilled Vegetable Marinade. Actually the hardest part is not to burn the vegies. Low and slow are the key words. Just carmelize them - they will turn a light to medium brown. You can even carefully do these on top of a stove, but I really prefer the grill. Enjoy.

What do you cook them in/on on the grill? or is there a picture I'm missing? Sounds fantastic. I did that last night but on the stove with cut off corn from the cob from the night before. Just a simple, onion, butter, suger, corn mix in a frying pan.

Hi Meg - If you look at the photos of "July 4th Grilling" you will see the Beer Can Chicken frame. It can be used for chicken, chicken and vegies or just vegies. However, it can be spendy. There is a flat, "holy" tray you can get for the grill to do vegies on which is far less expensive. I think I got it at WalMart or maube Home Depot. I used one for years. Marnie gave me for Father's Day the Beer Can Chicken rack and the Ribs Rack. Hope this helps.
